By disobeying the perfect simple law of God He now was not able to discern Gods Law from his own egocentric laws and the rules set forth by God's arch enemy. and The tree of Life is forbidden by the "Elohim" because innocence and paradise is lost and there is now is "there enmity between woman and man. ALWAYS TRY TO REMEMBER THAT PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS LESS THAN PERFECT IN A LESS THAN PERFECT WORLD and all life tends to try t0 recreate itself as closely as it may to itself and it's unique identity ( consider fractal design in nature ) and to prevail above all opposition. ( survival of the species ).
CIVILIZATIONS HAVE COME AND GONE BUT MANKIND CAN ONLY CHANGE WITHIN HIMSELF AND LEARN FROM THE PAST TO CREATE THE FUTURE.
